As fresh, idealistic newlyweds, we embarked on a search to find out what the Torah really says about intimacy.
We discovered something:

This discovery compelled us to probe further. and to share our knowledge with as many couples as possible.
We both underwent intense training as pre-marital counselors, studying with veteran chosson and kallah teachers, many of whom are accomplished rabbonim, mechanchos, and therapists.
But we wanted more perspective.
So we continued training with gynecologists, trauma therapists, pelvic floor specialists, and therapists who specialize in intimacy, and they added a whole new, deeper view of married life.
The result of it all is 1Plus1:

Our in-person, pre-marriage classes teach chassanim and kallahs all the relevant halachos, alongside true Torah hashkafah.
